If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another person who may be waiting for care.
You can cancel or change your appointment by contacting your clinic or calling 1800 432 748.
If you are unwell, please contact us before attending. We can help you decide whether your appointment should be rescheduled.
If you arrive late, we will assess whether there is enough time to complete your appointment safely and appropriately. If not, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If we need to change your appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange another suitable time.
